Thank you for joining the beta waitlist. Before you get access, here is exactly how Childcare Copilot handles your family's data. We wrote this the way we would want to read it as parents ourselves.
Your caregiver's emails are parsed by the Anthropic Claude API to generate structured logs and morning briefings.
We never use your family's data to train AI models. Not ours, not Anthropic's, not anyone else's. When AI runs on your data, it runs privately and the output is for your family alone.
The AI surfaces patterns from logged data. It never prescribes. No sleep schedules, no feeding recommendations, no behavioral directives. Any pattern worth acting on is framed as something worth mentioning to your pediatrician, never as a directive.
Your caregivers are informed about how the system works. Every caregiver added to an account receives a welcome email explaining what happens with their messages and links them to our Privacy Policy.
Every caregiver has their own status page at caregiver.childcarecopilot.ai with the same information available in six languages. They can contact us directly with questions at any time.
You can remove any caregiver from your account at any point. When you do, the care logs they wrote stay with your family, but their access to the system ends immediately.
We will reach out personally when your beta spot is ready. Beta is limited to the first 25 families.
