PRIVATE BETA · JUNE 2026
Private beta invitation. 25 families total.
FROM THE FOUNDERS
To the family who was referred,
My wife Daksha and I have a daughter named Kiaan. She is 17 months old. We both work hybrid, and on the days we are home there is a closed door twenty feet from where she spends her day with her caregiver. We stay behind it so she does not see us, because the moment she does, her day is over.
In sixteen months we went through five caregivers. Each one was wonderful. But every time someone new came on, we lost everything. What Kiaan was eating that week. How her sleep had shifted. The small things she had just figured out. It lived in the caregiver's memory and when she left it was gone.
The best update we ever got at the end of a shift was "she was good."
We built Childcare Copilot because that was not enough. We are now opening a private beta to 25 families outside our immediate circle. The person who shared this with you thought you might be one of them.

WHO IT'S FOR
Childcare Copilot works for any family where a child spends part of the day with someone other than their parents.
One caregiver, one shift, daily updates. The most common Childcare Copilot family.
Two families share one caregiver. Each family gets their own record of their own child's day.
Live-in caregivers who often write in their second language. The parser handles six languages.
Daycare drop-offs, after-school sitters, weekend grandparents. Every caregiver contributes to one record.
Working parents whose kids are in school but still have afterschool care or daycare. Tracks what matters at every age.
If your child spends time with someone other than you during the workday, this is for you.
HOW IT WORKS
Nothing changes for your caregiver. No app to download, no account to create, no training required.
At the end of their shift they email your family's private inbox in their own words, in any language. That is the only thing we ask of them.
Meals, sleep, mood, activities, milestones, medications. All organized into a clean daily log within 60 seconds.
Every morning a warm summary of the previous day lands in your inbox before your day starts. Not a checklist. An actual picture of how your child's day went.
At the bottom of every briefing is one specific, real moment from the day. Something to say the second you walk in the door. A way back into your child's day.
MORNING BRIEFING
This is what you read before your day starts.
WHY CONTINUITY MATTERS
We learned this the hard way. When a caregiver leaves, the new person starts from zero. They do not know what your child eats, how they sleep, what soothes them. Everything the previous caregiver knew disappears overnight.
Childcare Copilot fixes this. After 10 days of logs, the system generates a Handoff Guide built from your child's actual patterns. When a new caregiver starts, they receive a document built from real data instead of a parent's best guess from memory.
Every other care logging product loses everything when the caregiver changes. We are the only one that does not.
The new caregiver receives a Handoff Guide with sleep schedule, food preferences, milestone progress, and recent patterns. They start informed.
The Pediatrician Report compiles months of growth data, milestones, and patterns. You walk in prepared.
Search every day's record. Find the moments you forgot. Track what has changed over months, not days.
WHAT YOU GET
Beta families get the full product, not a stripped-down version.
Every shift, every day. Organized automatically from your caregiver's email. In your inbox before your day starts.
One real moment from the day at the bottom of every briefing. Something specific you can use the second you walk in the door.
10 days of real logs become a practical guide ready to hand to any new or temporary caregiver. Two versions: a full New Caregiver Guide and a one-page Temporary Caregiver snapshot. No writing from memory. Just your child's actual patterns.
A structured summary with developmental milestone review built from real caregiver logs. Sleep patterns, feeding history, mood trends, milestones. Ready to bring to any appointment.
After 10 days of logs, patterns in your child's sleep, meals, and mood begin to surface. Things you would never catch day to day.
Works in English, Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese, French, and Hindi. Your caregiver writes however they naturally would.
HONEST DISCLOSURE
We would rather be straight with you than oversell what this is right now.
Beta is completely free for your first 60 days. Before that window closes we will reach out with a simple question: do you want to keep going? If yes, beta families get a rate that reflects the fact that you helped build this.
We are keeping this small deliberately. Every beta family gets our attention.
The pipeline works. Real caregivers are sending real emails and real briefings are going out every morning.
Honest feedback. What works, what does not, what is missing. That is all we need from you.
Pick whichever feels easier. Both land in the same place.
