FOR WORKING PARENT COMMUNITIES

For the working parent who closes the door and wonders all day.

A note from Priten and Daksha, founders and parents to Kiaan, 17 months.

FROM THE FOUNDERS

This is personal. It started at home.

To the creator or community builder who gets it,

We have a daughter named Kiaan. She is 17 months old. My wife Daksha and I both work hybrid, which on the days we are home sounds convenient until you understand what that actually means. There is a closed door twenty feet from where she spends her day. We stay behind it so she does not see us, because the moment she does, her day is over.

In sixteen months we went through five caregivers. Each one was wonderful. But every time someone new came on, we lost everything. What she was eating that week. How her sleep had shifted. The little thing she had just figured out. It lived in the caregiver's memory and when she left it was gone.

The best update we ever got at the end of a shift was "she was good."

We built Childcare Copilot because that was not enough. Not for us. And we do not think it is enough for the millions of working parents in your community navigating the exact same thing right now.

THE REALITY

You were there for every bedtime. You missed every Tuesday afternoon.

Going back to work does not mean you stopped being present. It means you are doing the hardest thing a parent can do: loving your child completely while being somewhere else. And for most working parents with caregivers, the daily picture of what happened to their child simply does not exist.

Not because anyone failed. Because there was no easy way to capture it.

"A single day's log tells you what happened. A year of logs tells you who your child is."
HOW IT WORKS

One email. The whole picture.

Childcare Copilot requires nothing new from the caregiver. No app. No account. No training.

Caregiver sends one email
At the end of their shift, in their own words, in any language. That is the only thing we ask of them.
AI reads and structures it
Meals, sleep, mood, activities, milestones, medications. All organized automatically into a clean daily log within 60 seconds.
Parent gets the morning briefing
Every morning, a warm summary of the previous day arrives before the workday starts. Not a checklist. An actual picture of how their child's day went.
Tonight, ask her about...
At the bottom of every briefing is one specific, real moment from the day. Something the parent can bring up the second they walk in the door. A way back into their child's day.
MORNING BRIEFING

A real morning briefing.

This is what a parent reads before their day starts.

WHY IT RESONATES

What your audience will recognize immediately.

This is not a productivity tool. It is not a baby tracker. It is the thing working parents with caregivers have needed for years and never had a name for.

The guilt of the closed door
Every parent who works from home with a caregiver knows exactly what a closed door twenty feet from their child feels like. This product was built from that specific experience. Your audience will feel it immediately.
The caregiver transition moment
Most families have been through a caregiver change. Most lost everything when it happened. The Handoff Guide feature solves a problem your audience has already lived through.
The Tonight moment
Every morning briefing ends with one specific thing from the day the parent can bring up at dinner. "Ask her about the zipper on her jacket she figured out by herself — she looked up at her nanny and said I did it." That line lands every time. Share it and watch the response.
The data stays with the family
Every other product gives the data to the caregiver or the platform. Childcare Copilot gives it to the parent. When the caregiver changes, nothing is lost. That is a story worth telling.
WHERE WE ARE RIGHT NOW

Private beta. Opening June 1.

Childcare Copilot is live with real families. Real caregivers sending real emails. Real parents reading real briefings every morning. We are ready for new families.

If you write about working parenthood, if your community is made up of parents navigating career and family, if this feels like something the people in your world would recognize — we would love to be on your radar.

Private Beta · June 2026

Beta is free for the first 60 days. If you know someone who would benefit, we would love an introduction. And if you want to try it yourself, we would love that even more.

Want to see it before you share it?

We will show you a live morning briefing from real care logs, walk through the founder story, and answer anything. No media kit. No ask. Just the product, as it actually works.

LET'S TALK

If this resonates with your audience, we would love to talk.

No formal pitch. No media kit. Just two working parents who built something real and want to get it in front of the people who need it. If your community includes working parents with caregivers, there is a real conversation to be had here.
